Want to know one of my must-haves as a busy SLP? My Erin Condren Life Planner!
I have tried for years to move myself to a digital calendar, but the ones I tried were too difficult to enter notes quickly, or I didn’t have internet access when I needed it, or I just plain didn’t like it. So, I resigned myself to sticking with a paper calendar. Last year, I used the free one provided by our school, but it just didn’t have enough space to keep track of everything – I like to keep all of my work and personal events on the same calendar, since it’s easier to keep track of for me. And I just plain love pretty, functional items!
The Erin Condren Life Planner helps me stay on track at home and work, and has plenty of room for all of my notes and to-do lists. I love how it has both a month at a glance and individual weekly pages to keep me organized. The hardest part was choosing which cover I wanted, with over 40 options, plus the ability to add my own picture if I wanted! I finally settled on the Granada Groove design, and have been very happy with it in the two months I have been using it.
I ordered extra personalized stickers, the pen holder, and the elastic bands, which have all come in handy. There is also a Teacher version, which was a bit too specific for me, but others have raved about!
Erincondren.com is definitely worth a look – they may be a bit pricey, but the products are very high quality, and worth it in my book!
